Duetto and Meliá Hotels International to Co-Create Industry-First Resort Functionality

Duetto, a leading provider of revenue and profit software for the hospitality industry, today announced a strategic co-development partnership with Meliá Hotels International. Together, they will build resort-specific capabilities into Duetto's Revenue & Profit Operating System (RP-OS) to transform how resorts manage commercial strategy.
The capabilities will be purpose-built to capture the full range of opportunities of resort operations — where the industry’s existing solutions fall short. They will be delivered through a multi-year partnership, combining Meliá’s firsthand operational insight with Duetto’s years of experience working with leading resort operators.
The partnership signifies Duetto’s dedication to the resort segment and reflects Meliá's confidence in Duetto's ability to deliver a best-in-class solution. The announcement also coincides with a three-year contract extension from Meliá — the fifth time the global hotel group has recommitted to Duetto's platform which supports 250+ Meliá properties.

Tackling the tour operator challenge
The partnership's first development focuses on elevating one of the industry’s most valuable areas: wholesale distribution and packaged travel channels. While this segment contributes significantly to resort revenue, it has traditionally relied on manual processes, static contracts, and limited tools for measuring campaigns.
The Tour Operator Module introduces a new standard — bringing automation, actionable insights, and advanced simulation capabilities into a fully integrated RP-OS environment. With enhanced visibility and intelligent controls, resort teams can now manage pricing, promotions, and inventory strategy with confidence, while gaining a clearer, data-driven understanding of how wholesale partners contribute to overall hotel performance.
