Club Quarters, a hotel brand and management company, today announced that it will operate the Sherry Frontenac Hotel in Miami Beach as a third-party manager with the hotel’s branding remaining the same. It is the first hotel in the Miami market under Club Quarters’ third-party management portfolio and continues the strategic growth of the platform into high-barrier urban and resort markets.

The hotel will utilize Club Quarters’ fully integrated Shared Services platform, a centralized operating model aimed at improving performance and efficiency across the portfolio. This platform consolidates essential functions—including operations, revenue management, distribution, marketing, human resources, finance, technology, and reservations—into a cohesive structure. By integrating these capabilities, Club Quarters can facilitate quicker decision-making, enhance commercial execution, and achieve significant cost efficiencies for owners. 

Originally opened in 1947 and designed by renowned Art Deco architect Henry Hohauser, the Sherry Frontenac Hotel is a historic landmark located on Miami Beach’s oceanfront that has 269 guest rooms featuring ocean and city views. Select oceanview rooms include balconies. 

Amenities include an outdoor pool; a spa and fitness center operated by Beach Beauty Inc.; the 1977 Fly and Grill restaurant; The Sherry Bar; outdoor, oceanfront dining and direct access to Miami Beach with complimentary lounge chairs and lunch and cocktail service on the beach.
