VERTU Hospitality announces the installation of Vertu Interactive, its new technology solution dedicated to the hospitality sector, at The Hotel Brussels
VERTU Hospitality launches Vertu Interactive, a cloud-based digital signage platform branded as SignTouch, with its first major deployment at THE HOTEL Brussels, a 400-room Pandox Group property.
VERTU Hospitality is proud to announce the creation, several months ago, of Vertu Interactive, a new strategic business unit entirely dedicated to information technology services and solutions for the hospitality, restaurant, conference center, wellness and entertainment industries.
Building on strong expertise developed over the years within the hospitality sector, it became a natural step for VERTU Hospitality to support its hotel partners at every level through cutting-edge technology solutions designed to meet the operational demands of a constantly evolving market.
Through close collaboration with various international partners, VERTU Hospitality has progressively developed its own proprietary technology ecosystem, delivering three-dimensional digital services specifically designed for the hospitality industry as a whole.
An Innovative Offering Designed for Hospitality Professionals
Among the solutions deployed under VERTU Interactive is an advanced digital and interactive signage platform built on a high-level Cloud architecture.
This solution provides:
advanced preparation and configuration of equipment, enabling fast and seamless on-site installation;
comprehensive support from VERTU Hospitality’s technology experts and the local partners;
tailored training for conference, banquet, and operations teams;
centralized management of content and events through a simple, intuitive, and high-performance web-based graphical interface;
an ideal solution for conference hotels, convention centers, resorts, spas, and other establishments serving a demanding clientele.
Designed to simplify daily operations while enhancing the guest experience, this solution stands out for its ease of use, flexibility, and excellent performance-to-investment ratio.
A Strategic Vision Serving the Hospitality Industry
At VERTU, our pursuit of excellence goes far beyond the experience delivered by the hotels within our collection to their guests. Through our operational support division, we continuously listen to the market and constantly seek the most effective solutions to benefit the operations of the establishments we develop, unite, and support.
Visual and digital communication has long been part of this vision. Our new distributed solution that we internally named SignTouch, commercially available for nearly a year now, clearly responds to a growing market demand for a tool that is simple, efficient, modern, and accessible.
The first major conference property to place its trust in us for this new chapter is the Belgian flagship property of the Pandox Group: THE HOTEL Brussels. With more than 400 rooms, a spa, and one of the leading urban conference facility in the region, this iconic thirty-story establishment was a natural partner to launch this new phase of our development

THE HOTEL Brussels Among the First Properties Equipped
As the first large-scale project deployed by Vertu Interactive, THE HOTEL Brussels, the flagship Belgian property of the Pandox Group, now benefits from this innovative digital solution.
The implementation of the Vertu Interactive digital signage solution has significantly improved the way we communicate with our guests, whether hotel guests or event organizers. The installation process was smooth, and the support provided throughout the project — from setup to team training — was clear and effective. The system is userfriendly and flexible, allowing our teams to manage content effortlessly while delivering a modern and seamless experience to our clients. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both our choice of the solution and our partnership with the VERTU Hospitality Group
Anne-Catherine Vanolande, General Manager of THE HOTEL Brussels
The deployment of VERTU Interactive, marks a new milestone in the integration of technology within hospitality environments. We designed this ecosystem and integrated these solutions to be not only high-performing and innovative, but also remarkably simple to configure, install, and deploy. Beyond the technology itself, our priority has been to make adoption natural for hotel teams through intuitive training and rapid onboarding. This operational simplicity allows hotels to focus on what matters most: delivering a smooth, modern, and memorable guest experience
