U.S. hotel results for week ending 13 June
U.S. hotels posted a 7.0% RevPAR gain for the week of June 7-13, 2026, with NYC leading Top 25 Markets driven by NBA Finals and World Cup activity.
The U.S. hotel industry reported positive year-over-year comparisons, according to CoStar’s latest data through 13 June. CoStar is a global leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information and analytics in the property markets.
7-13 June 2026 (percentage change from comparable week in 2025):
Occupancy: 69.9% (+1.9%)
Average daily rate (ADR): US$172.04 (+4.9%)
Revenue per available room (RevPAR): US$120.34 (+7.0%)
Among the Top 25 Markets, Detroit saw the highest occupancy increase (+7.9% to 71.0%).
New York City posted the largest gains in ADR (+17.1% to US$399.15) and RevPAR (+18.9% to US$358.00), helped by the New York Knicks in the NBA Finals and a World Cup match.
Los Angeles, host of the USA vs. Paraguay World Cup match, reported the second-highest ADR lift (+13.7% to US$234.02).
