Club Med, the global leader in premium all-inclusive holidays, opens the door behind the scenes with Dream Makers - Creators of Happiness, a four-episode documentary series produced by Mediawan Brand Studio and now available to watch for free on YouTube.
The series takes viewers inside the people, decisions and ambitions that shape the Club Med experience, from the intense selection process of its elite resort managers to the leadership journeys, creative thinking and operational precision behind every holiday.
For travellers in Singapore and across Asia, the timing of the documentary’s debut is especially meaningful. The same care, craft and spirit of reinvention shown on screen are now coming to life across Club Med’s global portfolio: a brand-new beach and safari resort in South Africa, an ambitious transformation in Bintan Island, a new opening in Borneo, reimagined overwater suites in the Maldives, a fresh family chapter in Phuket, and the newly announced Exclusive Collection resort in Koh Samui, Thailand.
Dream Makers offers a glimpse into the care, creativity and intention behind every Club Med experience. At its heart, this documentary reflects our belief that a truly memorable holiday is thoughtfully crafted, shaped by people who are deeply passionate about what they do. From South Africa to Bintan, and from Borneo to Koh Samui, each resort is brought to life with purpose, so that every stay feels both effortless and extraordinary

Watch the Series That Shows How Holidays Are Made
Written and directed by Aurélie Condou, Dream Makers spans six destinations and four 30-minute episodes, following the real people behind the Club Med experience from aspiring Chefs de Village competing for one of the brand's most iconic roles, to the teams responsible for building new resorts and rescuing others from the unexpected.
In Punta Cana, an iconic resort must be entirely rebuilt in ten months following a fire. In South Africa, a resort manager steps onto a site still under construction and begins the task of building a team, a culture and a destination from scratch. In Oman, architects and developers present a vision to a governor who must be persuaded before a single stone is laid. And through it all, eleven candidates from around the world have just one month in La Palmyre to prove they are ready to lead a resort of their own.
In the finale episode, Rachael Harding, CEO for East, South Asia and Pacific at Club Med, announces the next chapter for the region: Club Med Exclusive Collection Koh Samui, a new beachfront resort in Thailand set to open in 2028. It is a fitting conclusion to a series that begins with the question of how far Club Med will go to deliver the promise of happiness and answers it, destination by destination.
The craft on screen in Dream Makers is the same craft reshaping Club Med's portfolio today. Across the region, a wave of new openings, renovations and experience enhancements is redefining what a Club Med holiday looks and feels like and what it can be.
