Haydn Kramer is a renowned expert in Hotel Sales and Marketing with a career spanning executive leadership roles at Marriott International, Concord Hospitality, and Amadria Park Hotels of Croatia. Known for his pivotal role on Marriott’s "Sales 2000" task force, Haydn reinvented global sales approaches and has since consulted for major brands like Hyatt and Hilton, as well as independent luxury boutiques. He is widely recognized for his deep expertise in sales call processes, social media integration, and his actionable, high-energy training programs.
