Munich — TrustYou, the #1 hospitality AI platform, today announced the appointment of two senior leaders to its Asia-Pacific team: Elly Ji as Senior Director of Sales, APAC, and Jonathan Abel as Director of Key Account Management, APAC. Elly Ji, Senior Director of Sales, APAC — With over 20 years of experience in hospitality technology, Ji has built a career helping hotels drive commercial success through innovation, data, and guest-centric strategies. At TrustYou, she partners with hotel groups and independent properties across Asia-Pacific to turn guest feedback and customer data into measurable business outcomes, and is an active voice in regional industry conversations on AI's evolving role in hospitality.

Jonathan Abel, Director of Key Account Management, APAC — Born in Berlin and raised across France, South Africa, and Switzerland, Abel brings a global, trilingual (English, French, German) perspective to hospitality technology. Before joining TrustYou, he spent four years at The Hotels Network (now Lighthouse), progressing from Implementations Specialist to Customer Success Team Leader for APAC, managing enterprise relationships across 500+ properties spanning Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Based in Bangkok, he holds a Master's in Hospitality and Tourism Management from EADA Business School.
