Chicago - First Hospitality, a national hotel management company, has assumed management of five new properties, including Sky Rock Sedona, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; The Steward Santa Barbara, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; Hotel Northland, Autograph Collection (Green Bay, Wisconsin); Hotel Elkhart, Tapestry Collection by Hilton (Elkhart, Indiana); and Le Méridien St. Louis Downtown. These additions expand First Hospitality's footprint into five new markets while strengthening its growing portfolio of full-service and lifestyle properties.

Sky Rock Sedona is a boutique lifestyle hotel offering panoramic views of Sedona's iconic red rock formations and convenient access to the destination's hiking trails, art galleries, and spiritual attractions. Guests can enjoy 109 thoughtfully designed accommodations, a resort-style pool and hot tub, wellness programming including moonrise ceremonies and full moon sound baths, an on-site spa, and breakfast and dinner at Bar WooWoo.
Located on California's Central Coast, The Steward Santa Barbara is an 87-suite retreat set on nearly five acres surrounding the historic Sexton House. Hotel Elkhart is a 93-room boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Elkhart, Indiana, celebrating the city's rich musical heritage and vibrant arts scene. Guests enjoy refined, modern accommodations, nearly 5,000 square feet of flexible event space, elevated dining and cocktails at The Corner Bar and High Note Rooftop Bar, and locally inspired breakfast offerings at Relish Café & Confections.
Le Méridien St. Louis Downtown is a 96-room hotel in the heart of downtown St. Louis, offering convenient access to the city's premier sports, entertainment, and cultural attractions.
