Hospitality America Deepens Executive Leadership to Maximize Performance, Enhance Accountability

Hospitality America strengthens its executive bench across revenue strategy, marketing, technology, and enterprise enablement with two new leaders and two expanded roles

Hospitality America appoints two new executives and redefines two existing VP roles, creating dedicated leadership centers for revenue strategy, marketing, technology, and enterprise enablement.

GREENVILLE, S.C. — As Hospitality America continues to evolve amid an increasingly competitive hospitality landscape, the company has undertaken a strategic realignment of its leadership structure designed to ensure the right leaders are focused on the right priorities, strengthening Hospitality America's ability to serve its team members, delight its guests, and maximize value for its owners.

The reorganization reflects a deliberate shift toward greater specialization across key business disciplines, ensuring each critical function has dedicated leadership focused on maximizing performance, enhancing accountability, and building scalable capabilities that support the company's long-term vision.

This realignment includes four leadership moves, beginning with two newly created positions:

Patrick Yoe has joined Hospitality America as Vice President of Revenue Strategy, providing dedicated executive leadership of revenue generation, distribution optimization, pricing strategy, and demand forecasting across the portfolio.

Will Crosby has been appointed Corporate Director of Enterprise Enablement, a newly created role responsible for optimizing internal systems, streamlining business processes, advancing automation, and establishing thoughtful governance around the organization's adoption of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

This realignment also sharpens the mandates of two proven Hospitality America leaders, positioning their expertise against the company's next phase of growth:

Daniel Lock, previously Vice President of Commercial Strategy, has been retitled Vice President of Marketing, allowing for dedicated focus on brand development and strategy, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and the continued growth of Hospitality America's lifestyle and boutique hotel segment.

Wes Cargen, previously Vice President of Business Intelligence, has been retitled Vice President of Technology, reflecting a concentrated focus on external technology platforms, systems architecture, and technology optimization across the portfolio.

As new hotel supply continues to enter markets across the country, competition for guests and market share has intensified. Success requires greater precision in revenue strategy, sharper brand and marketing execution, more resilient technology infrastructure, and dedicated leadership focused on optimizing hotel performance at every level of the organization.

As our portfolio grows and the environments in which we operate become more complex, specialization becomes increasingly important. This realignment ensures we have dedicated leaders focused on the disciplines that create the greatest value for our owners, guests, and team members. By aligning expertise with opportunity, we are building an organization that is better equipped to support our hotels, strengthen market performance, and deliver on our promises to owners, guests, and team members well into the future.

Re-focused Leadership Strategy

The realignment also recognizes that marketing and revenue strategy, while closely connected, are distinct disciplines that each warrant dedicated expertise. As Hospitality America continues to expand its presence in lifestyle and boutique hospitality, focused marketing leadership becomes increasingly important to strengthening brand positioning, creating compelling guest experiences, and generating demand across a diverse portfolio of hotels.

At the same time, the rapid acceleration of artificial intelligence, automation, business intelligence, and digital transformation is changing how organizations operate. Hospitality America believes that capturing the full value of these technologies requires intentionality, governance, and alignment. The expanded Technology mandate and the newly created Enterprise Enablement function work in tandem, one focused on the platforms and systems architecture that power the portfolio, the other on the governance, automation, and internal processes that scale innovation responsibly across the organization.

These leadership changes position Hospitality America to better support its hotels, strengthen market performance, and create lasting value for the people it serves. By establishing dedicated centers of excellence around revenue strategy, marketing, technology, and enterprise enablement, the company is building a leadership structure designed to support continued growth while remaining deeply committed to its promises to team members, guests, and owners.
