Released during HAMA'S 2026 Annual Fall Meeting that was held in Scottsdale, Ariz., the survey findings represented the opinions of 72 asset managers, comprising approximately one-third of membership.
To date, 2026 has been very good for hoteliers, with a majority of our respondents enjoying marked increases in revenue per available room (“RevPAR”) and gross operating profit, however, margins continue to be strained with increased costs, while the international political situation continues to be worrisome to our members, industry fundamentals remain strong and recession concerns remain muted. Looking forward, the optimism continues, with 97% of respondents expecting RevPAR growth to continue into 2027
