Aimbridge Hospitality, the world’s leading third-party hotel management company, today announced it has strengthened its portfolio with the addition of Delta Marriott Orlando Celebration, a 718-key resort in Kissimmee, Florida, owned by Accesso. The appointment underscores Aimbridge’s continued momentum with institutional owners seeking a management partner that can pair brand expertise, local market intelligence and operating discipline to unlock value across complex full-service assets.

“Delta Hotels by Marriott Orlando Celebration is one of the best located resorts in the country and deserves the best property management in the industry. That’s exactly what Aimbridge delivers,” stated Alan Garzon, Managing Partner of Accesso Development. “Aimbridge possesses the full-service expertise and platform needed to ensure our guests always receive the highest-quality experience, and we believe they will unlock the true value potential of this flagship asset.”

The recently renovated resort gives Aimbridge a strong platform from which to drive revenue, group demand and guest satisfaction. Following an approximately $35 million renovation, the property features a redesigned lobby with open-concept seating, refreshed restaurant and bar spaces, more than 13,000 square feet of meeting and event space, two outdoor pools and a complimentary theme park shuttle. Dining options include Waves Bar & Grill, The Pointe and the Rum Shack Pool Bar. Operating under a Delta Hotels by Marriott franchise secured through 2042, the property also benefits from long-term brand stability and access to Marriott Bonvoy’s global distribution platform.

Building upon that strength, Accesso will add roughly 10,000 square feet of meeting space to the convention facility and renovate the lobby to include additional meeting rooms, giving the resort more room to compete for group business in one of the country’s busiest convention markets.

Delta Marriott Orlando Celebration is a compelling addition to our full-service portfolio. The resort is well positioned in a market that continues to benefit from strong leisure, group and business demand, and Aimbridge brings the operating focus needed to help the property build on that foundation. Our priority is to deliver a guest experience that supports long-term performance and helps ownership realize the property’s full potential

Chris Tatum, President, Full-Service Division at Aimbridge Hospitality

The resort is located minutes from Walt Disney World and adjacent to Ovation, a planned 650,000-plus-square-foot entertainment, dining and retail district being developed by Accesso Partners and advancing toward vertical construction. Those demand drivers, combined with Orlando’s position as the most visited destination in the country, create a long runway for the property. Orlando welcomed a record 76.7 million visitors in 2025, according to Visit Orlando. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center, the second-largest convention facility in the U.S. The center is undergoing a $560 million expansion expected to be completed in 2029, further strengthening the market’s group and convention demand outlook.

Accesso, a Florida-based real estate investment manager and operator, has acquired the 718-room Delta Hotels by Marriott Orlando Celebration in Kissimmee, Florida, expanding its hospitality presence alongside its planned Ovation mixed-use development. Located approximately 1.5 miles from Walt Disney World, the full-service resort recently underwent a $23 million renovation and features more than 13,000 square feet of meeting and event space, two outdoor pools, sports facilities and multiple dining outlets. Aimbridge Hospitality has been appointed to manage the property, which will retain its Delta Hotels by Marriott franchise through 2042. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The acquisition forms part of Accesso’s broader strategy to develop a destination-oriented hospitality, retail and entertainment hub in the Orlando market. The resort sits adjacent to the company’s 77-acre Ovation Orlando project, which will encompass more than 650,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space, alongside a 1,000-seat theater, a convention center and a Curio Collection by Hilton hotel. Accesso expects the proximity of the two properties to create operational and commercial synergies while capitalizing on Orlando’s strong tourism and convention demand. The region welcomed approximately 76.7 million visitors in 2025, while the nearby Orange County Convention Center is undergoing a $900 million expansion scheduled for completion by 2029.
