On 18 October, Pertlink sent an AI agent to book a one-night stay on the websites of the world’s ten largest hotel groups. Every page it read ran a meter. Inside the hotel the meter runs too: in the concierge chat, in the review reply, and in the AI hidden in a vendor fee. Few hotels can yet say what any of it costs per guest, and 2027 budgets are being set now.

On Thursday 5 November, Pertlink publishes Tokenomics in Hospitality – A Pertlink Playbook in partnership with Hospitality Net. The free, 30-page guide by Terence Ronson, Founder and Managing Director of Pertlink, brings his Meter series together in hotel language. It includes one-page playbooks for owners, general managers, the C-suite, Chief AI Officers and vendors, a formula card and a 2027 budget checklist.

The playbook is independent and vendor- and brand-agnostic. It recommends no product, platform or model. The free download in popular formats goes live on Hospitality Net on 5 November.
