Eugenio Pirri has been promoted to Chief Culture and Operations Executive at Dorchester Collection

In his new role, Pirri will now assist Christopher Cowdray in driving operational initiatives and impacting the Dorchester Collection culture and business through engagement, strategic initiatives and programme management. He will continue to oversee the company's people, culture and belonging strategy, and, as protector of the Dorchester Collection culture, Pirri will ensure it filters through all future projects and operational initiatives by strengthened leadership participation.

Since joining Dorchester Collection in 2011, Pirri has been instrumental in ensuring that Dorchester Collection's culture is strongly embedded in the organisation, and for the past two years, he has played a significant role working with the leadership and operational teams, providing support and direction through a challenging period for the hospitality industry. 

With over 30 years of industry experience, Pirri was awarded number 1 in HR Magazine's HR Most Influential List in 2021.

Pirri will report directly to chief executive officer, Christopher Cowdray.
