Ground Breaking Ceremony for the New Hampton Inn & Suites Roseburg to be Held on April 7th
Hanna Hospitality VII, LLC is holding a ground-breaking ceremony on April 7th at 2:00 PM on the site of the future Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Roseburg. The new hotel will be located on the midway property south of the Coca-Cola Bottling Company and north of the existing Windmill Inn off Mulholland Drive in Roseburg. The ceremony will mark the next step in bringing this nationally branded, high-end hotel to the Roseburg area.

The property where the Hampton Inn & Suites will be located was previously a part of Mulholland Meadows, a residential subdivision. LeRoy and Betty Hanna started acquiring the individual lots during the late 1960's with the intent to someday develop it into commercial property. This development has been in the planning stages for many years and they have now officially passed the property and their idea on to their seven children to bring the plan to a reality. The family currently contracts with InnSight Hotel Management Group out of Springfield, OR to operate their existing Windmill Inn, an independent hotel. It has been a great working relationship and they intend to continue that into the new hotel operation. Currently, the opening date has been projected for Spring 2018.
The new hotel will feature approximately 84 guestrooms and suites, with an indoor pool, spa, fitness center, and business center. The hotel will also feature a meeting room for business or social gatherings.
