Tharaldson Hospitality Management (THM) is pleased to announce the opening of the brand new dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites complex in the heart of Broomfield, CO. With the addition of these two new properties, THM will have 81 open hotels across the US.
Aloft Hotels, Marriott International's innovation incubator brand, built with a forward-looking lens and the infrastructure to experiment with emerging technologies, announced that the Aloft Denver North Westminster is set to open this Monday, September 7. The 120-room hotel located at 14780 Delaware Street will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by 14780 Delaware 1 LLC and managed by Renascent Hospitality of Greenwood Village, Colorado. General Manager Tony Loos and Director of Sales & Marketing Katie Palmer lead the management team at the property.
