Aloft Denver North Westminster to Open in The Orchard Town Center
Aloft Hotels, Marriott International's innovation incubator brand, built with a forward-looking lens and the infrastructure to experiment with emerging technologies, announced that the Aloft Denver North Westminster is set to open this Monday, September 7. The 120-room hotel located at 14780 Delaware Street will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by 14780 Delaware 1 LLC and managed by Renascent Hospitality of Greenwood Village, Colorado. General Manager Tony Loos and Director of Sales & Marketing Katie Palmer lead the management team at the property.

Located in The Orchard Town Center, 26 miles from Denver International Airport, the Aloft Denver North Westminster offers guest convenient access to downtown Denver, the Denver Premium Outlets, The Summit Thornton, Elitch Gardens and Topgolf. The five-story hotel is also nearby to Amazon, St. Anthony's North Health Campus, Children's Hospital, Cabela's, and numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options.

Each guest rooms features the latest technology and the brand's signature offerings, such as the ultra-comfortable plush bed, walk-in shower, custom amenities by Bliss® Spa, complimentary high-speed WiFi and a 55-inch LCD TV. The hotel offers five suites with over 547 square-feet of living space, sleeping up to eight guests and featuring mountain views.
The Aloft Denver North Westminster hosts some of the brand's signature staples including re:fuel by Aloft, a 24/7 pantry, the re:mix lounge for a signature cocktail and quiet conversation, and the WXYZ bar offering craft cocktails, light bites and live music. Additional hotel amenities include a heated outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa, a well-equipped fitness center, complimentary WiFi and a meeting room.
