Jermaine Anderson, has been named Hotel Manager for LondonHouse Chicago a luxury lifestyle hotel located at the corner of North Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive. It is set to open spring of 2016 in Chicago's iconic London Guarantee Building along with a new 22-story architecturally synchronized modernist glass tower according to George Jordan, Senior Vice President of Operations for Oxford Hotels & Resorts. In his new role, Anderson will oversee day-to-day operations, marketing and sales, and will manage an expected team of over 250 employees for the 452-room property. It will feature nearly 25,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, a tri-level rooftop lounge, spa, fitness center and more. The hotel is being developed by Oxford Capital Group, LLC and is owned by an Oxford led venture with Angelo, Gordon & Co.
