Laubenstein is an accomplished and committed hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience spanning cocktail creation, bar and spirit menu development, corporate and private restaurant openings and bar systems operations, and is recognized as a Certified Specialist of Spirits and Certified Cicerone®. Prior to joining The Lytle Park Hotel, Laubenstein worked at The Phoenix in downtown Cincinnati as the beverage director and bartender where she managed the beverage team and took pride in personalizing drink and cocktail pairing menus for special events. A local Cincinnati expert, she also managed the bar program at Palm Court at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, and held a variety of beverage operations roles in her tenure from spirits marketing manager to whiskey guardian at Angel's Envy, and consulted for, built and managed several craft bar programs around the city.
McCutcheon brings over 11 years of hands-on leadership experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry to The Lytle Park Hotel. In his new role, McCutcheon will oversee all food and beverage operations for the hotel's restaurants including in-room dining and catering services. Most recently, McCutcheon served as director of restaurants at Reunion Resort in Orlando. During this time, he pursued his educational goals, earning an MBA from Louisiana State University at Shreveport while also completing his Level 1 introductory certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers. McCutcheon put his new skillset to use, creating a wine program at Reunion Resort which later earned a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
Valldejuli brings over 25 years of hospitality industry and hotel leadership experience to his new role as Area Managing Director. In his previous position, he was the Vice President/Managing Director of the Sheraton and Le Meridien Complex in Charlotte, North Carolina. His 15-year tenure with Pyramid Global Hospitality began as Area Managing Director for two New Orleans properties, followed by six years working in Pyramid's Luxury Resort Division as Vice President/Managing Director for The Westin Grand Cayman and Sunshine Suites, Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman Islands. Valldejuli obtained his undergraduate degree in San Juan, Puerto Rico, majoring in marketing and economics at the University of the Sacred Heart. As the Area Managing Director, Valldejuli will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, The Phelps Cincinnati and the AC Hotel at the Banks, Cincinnati.
Bergeron joins The Lytle Park Hotel as Hotel Manager after spending three years in Austin, Texas, serving as the Assistant Manager of a 300-room full service Marriott hotel. During his time there, he was recognized as a member of the Pyramid Global APEX program, which awards up-and-coming future General Managers in the company. Prior to his time at Marriott, Bergeron has held management positions with other leading hotel chains such as Hilton, Hyatt, and Hard Rock International. Bergeron holds a bachelor's degree in both communications and business from Texas State University. "Hotel Celare" will feature 171 keys, a jump lobby, rooftop bar, multiple outdoor spaces and more. Construction on Hotel Celare is expected to begin later this year, with an anticipated completion date in early 2024.

Pendry Hotels & Resorts in partnership with NuovoRE, today announced plans for Pendry Cincinnati, located within the historic Gwynne Building, at the intersection of Main Street and East 6th Street in downtown Cincinnati. The historic office building that for decades housed Procter & Gamble Company's global headquarters was awarded a $5 million historic tax credit by the Ohio Services Development Agency. Upon completion, the renovation and refurbishment of the 1913 Beaux-Arts building will be transformed into Pendry Cincinnati when it emerges in 2023.
