Sébastien Mariette returns to the leading luxury escape of the Dead Sea, Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea, as its Cluster General Manager joining after his most recent post in Egypt with Kempinski as an Area General Manager. Located at the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea, he will be managing the iconic Kempinski property, which was built as an affectionate tribute to the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, in addition to his supervisory role at Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea.

Abu Sakha gained his well-rounded experience from working in many countries including KSA, UAE, Egypt and Libya, within the IHG family in which he held various posts, including Financial Controller for the InterContinental Hotel in Riyadh, Regional Financial Controller for IHG in Saudi Arabia, Regional General Manager for the Guest and Conference Palaces in Saudi Arabia managed by IHG, Area Director of Finance and Business Support for InterContinental Hotel, Crowne Plaza, InterContinental Residence Suites and Golf Club at Dubai Festival City, Regional Director of Finance and Business Support for IHG in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Palestine and Libya, and General Manager of Al Waddan Hotel and Head of Operations for InterContinental Hotels in Libya.
