Manny Baber has taken over the running of the Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites Dundee dual-brand hotel from Bill. With over 25 years' experience managing F&B and hotel operations across the UK, Manny joined Cycas from Sleeperz Hotels and previously spent 12 years at senior operational level with Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
Manny, originally from Glasgow, brings with him 20 years' experience in hospitality, including a decade spent in senior roles with Hilton Hotels in the UK.
Aimie, from Dunfermiline, has extensive sales, marketing and events experience and has been working in the full service sector as a sales and events manager with DoubleTree by Hilton.
