NH Hotel Group Signs with Groß & Partner to Develop New NH Collection Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany

NH Hotel Group has signed a new four-star NH Collection hotel in Frankfurt; opening its second establishment of the company's upscale brand in the city and the seventh in Germany. NH Collection Frankfurt Messe will be part of the 120-meter high skyscraper, located on the corner of Mainzer Landstrasse and Güterplatz and planned by Frankfurt-based project developer Groß & Partner. The hotel is set to open in early 2021 and will offer 416 rooms and just under 22,000 square feet of space reserved for meetings and events.

Commerz Real Acquires Another Hotel Development In Frankfurt Am Main For Hausinvest

Commerz Real has acquired another future "NOVUM Style" hotel complex in Frankfurt am Main for their public real estate fund hausInvest. After the previously acquired building project near the central station, the new property is at the Mayfarthstraße in Ostend, in close proximity to the European Central Bank (ECB). "The district has developed into a great area after the arrival of 2,500 ECB employees and will experience a significant appreciation within the next years", explains Robert Bambach, Chairman of Real Estate Transactions at Commerz Real. Even at this stage, there are already more than 1,400 companies and institutions settled in the area.

Olivier Harnisch has been named Vice President International Operations Germany & Switzerland at Hilton Worldwide

From January 2011 Olivier Harnisch, Vice President International Operations Germany & Switzerland of Hilton Worldwide will be in charge of 27 hotels of four brands in eight countries. Under his leadership Hilton Worldwide will see some exciting development in Germany over the next two years. The introduction of the luxury brand Waldorf Astoria in Berlin, the positioning of the economy brand Hampton by Hilton, also in Berlin and the opening of two hotels within THE SQUAIRE - Hilton Frankfurt Airport and Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport.
