Shay Livingstone has been appointed as General Manager at Carlton Hotel Galway City
Mr Livingstone has worked in management roles within a range of four and five star luxury hotels on the continent, and was involved in the launch of a chain of luxury properties around the Mediterranean having gained a comprehensive and professional understanding of the European hotel market.
