Ryan Zielinski has been appointed as Sales Manager at Hotel Granduca Houston

Bringing a decade of hotel sales experience, most of it within the Houston area, to his new role as sales manager, Ryan Zielinski is focused on developing innovative strategies to attract new business to Hotel Granduca Houston while increasing bookings and revenues from corporate, meetings and events clientele. Zielinski arrived at the Uptown Houston property from Magnolia Hotel Houston, where he rose from Corporate Sales Manager to Director of Business Travel over the course of five-and-a-half years. Earning a nomination for Company-Wide Sales Manager of the Year for two consecutive years from Stout Street Hospitality and Hotel Manager of the Year from Magnolia Hotel Houston, Zielinski proved to be a vital asset to executive-level staff. Prior to his time at Magnolia Hotel Houston, Zielinski was One Call Sales Manager for The Westin Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. He also spent three years as Conventions Services Manager at The St. Regis Houston.

Anne Janis has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hotel Granduca Houston

Hotel Granduca Houston announces the appointment of Anne Janis to Director of Sales & Marketing. Drawing on more than two decades of industry sales experience, much of it earned at one of the world's premier luxury hotel companies, Janis brings with her an extensive hospitality background. In her new role, she is responsible for leading the onsite sales and marketing team, pinpointing sales targets, and creating and executing innovative strategies to drive occupancy and increase revenues at the crown jewel of the Granduca Hotels hospitality group.Janis joins Hotel Granduca Houston following 14 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including seven years as Regional Director of Sales managing a global portfolio of over 95 Four Seasons properties from the luxury hotel group's Worldwide Sales Office in Dallas, Texas. During that time, Janis worked with a number of Fortune 100 clients and international delegations, and orchestrated sales development trips and tradeshows involving global Four Seasons hotel partners and key client accounts.

Daniel Lofton has been appointed as Associate Direct of Casino Services at Duetto

Daniel Lofton joins Duetto with deep experience in revenue management at hotels such as the Golden Nugget Lake Charles Hotels and the Westin Houston Downtown. He has also worked in the mid-market segment of the hotel industry and has experience in the development and implementation of significant technologies in the hotel space. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the Conrad Hilton College in Houston.

Jacques D’Rovencourt has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton Americas-Houston

Hilton Americas-Houston announced today the appointment of Jacques D’Rovencourt as general manager of Houston’s largest hotel, located in the heart of downtown and directly connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center via two indoor sky bridges, effectively immediately. D’Rovencourt will take over for Joe Palmieri who has retired after 28 years with the Hilton Worldwide and eight years at Hilton Americas-Houston. He will report to Area Vice President, Andy Slater.

A global culinarian with more than 35 years of experience, Glaudo leads all dining operations at the crown jewel of the Granduca Hotels hospitality group. In his new role, Glaudo’s responsibilities include menu creation for Ristorante Cavour, Bar Malatesta and in-room dining service, as well as banqueting for meetings and special events clientele.
