Kemar Durfield has been named Chef de Cuisine, Four Seasons Resort Lāna‘i, overseeing all hotel culinary operations including ONE FORTY, American Steak Hawaiian Seafood, in-room dining and extensive catering offerings for weddings, social occasions and other events at the Resort, reopening February 1st following a lobby-to-roof, multimillion dollar transformation.
