James Pawlikowski has been appointed as Vice President of IT Service Management at Radisson Hotel Group

Radisson Hotel Group today announced the appointment of James (Jamie) Pawlikowski as Vice President of IT Service Management. In this newly created role, Pawlikowski will be responsible for supporting business operations and continuously improving the service performance of Radisson Hotel Group's current and future platforms. He will also lead the Service Management team and oversee global test strategy and planning, service testing, operations, and performance and issue management. Under Pawlikowski's leadership, the Service Management team will focus on enhancing the current system support capabilities, driving accountability within the service-level and operating-level agreements internally and with vendor partners, and substantially evolving the company's ways of working.

Catherine Higgins Whiteside has been appointed as Vice President Marketing Americas at Radisson Hotel Group

Radisson Hotel Group today announced the appointment of Catherine Higgins Whiteside as Vice President of Marketing in the Americas. In this role, Higgins Whiteside will be responsible for the creation and execution of strategic marketing programs that build consumer awareness, deliver exceptional experiences and ultimately drive loyalty of Radisson Hotel Group brands throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Latin America. She will lead the Creative Services, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing and Social Media teams.

Kristen Richter has been appointed as Vice President of Revenue Optimization at Radisson Hotel Group

Radisson Hotel Group today announced the appointment of Kristen Richter as Vice President of Revenue Optimization in the Americas. In this role, Richter will drive the overall Revenue Optimization vision and strategies in the Americas, working closely with global partners to define new best practices. She will lead the Americas Revenue Optimization team, which includes Strategy, Revenue Optimization Services and Revenue Generation Systems Support. These teams play a critical role in driving and maximizing revenue through defining strategic initiatives, executing programs to increase market share performance and implementing Revenue Generation systems for franchised and managed hotels in the Americas.
