Alok AVASTHI ESSEC IMHI 1997 has been promoted to Dean - Management Studies, IHM - Aurangabad Taj Group of Hotels, India. In 1999 Alok joined Taj as Corporate Manager through the Taj Management Training Program. In 2000 he was appointed as Operations Analyst and held this position during 3 years, then he held the position of Director Operations (Luxury International) for more than 8 years.
Beni AGRAWAL ESSEC IMHI 2006 has joined as Director Brand Growth and Development at Bloomrooms, which is a new affordable boutique hotel concept designed in London, UK and primarily focused on fast growing developing global markets including India. He shall be leading the asset light development and expansion of Bloomrooms. Prior to joining Bloomrooms, Beni was responsible for the growth and development of the Keys Hotel brand across India, signing over 30 successful management contract deals. He has over 15 years of all-round hospitality experience in operations of hotels such as Hilton Charles De Gaulle Paris, Frasers Suites Glasgow, La Defense Paris, InterContinental Dubai, and with companies like Sarovar Hotels, HVS Hospitality Services and Cinnovation Group in the field of hotel development, hotel consulting, feasibility study and asset valuation.
