As Director of Sales, Spinnato will be responsible for the total sales effort of the hotel, including developing and maintaining new accounts, supervising sales related personnel, and implementing sales and marketing strategies so as to maximize profits of the hotel while maintaining guest satisfaction. She joins Waterford Hotel Group from her most recent position as Sales Manager for the Providence Biltmore Place in Providence, RI. Spinnato also previously served as Director of Sales for the Hyatt Place in Mystic, CT.Spinnato has a Bachelor of Arts/Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Professional Selling from the University of Connecticut. She currently resides in Franklin, CT.
