Arthur Keith has been appointed as General Manager at Pocono Mountains Resort

Kalahari Resorts and Conventions has named Arthur Keith as general manager for the company's Pocono Mountains resort. A hospitality veteran who has managed marquee properties throughout the world, Keith will oversee all day-to-day operations, as well as provide leadership and guidance to the Poconos on-site management team, while serving as liaison to the regional Poconos community. Keith assumed the position on Dec. 13, 2018.

Steve Magnuson has been appointed as Vice President and Managing Director at Pocono Mountains Resort

Today, Kalahari Resorts and Conventions announces the addition of Steve Magnuson to its senior leadership team. In his role as Vice President and Managing Director, Pocono Mountains, Magnuson will lead all operations across the Nelson-family resort and convention business in the company’s newest location. Slated to open in June 2015, the $230 million dollar project will span over 150 acres upon completion. Magnuson brings more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry to his role, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations for the Marcus Hotels & Resorts senior leadership team. He first joined Marcus in 1994 as general manager of Grand Geneva Resort and Spa, ascending to the role of Vice President and Managing Director in June of 1998.

Susan Corrigan has been named Director of Sales at The Inn at Pocono Manor

The Inn at Pocono Manor has named Susan Corrigan director of sales for the historic resort. The Inn, which opened in 1902, is the longest continuously operating resort in the Pocono Mountains and one of the oldest in North America. The announcement was made by Lisa Green, acting general manager for The Inn at Pocono Manor. Previously Susan Corrigan served at sales manager for The Inn at Pocono Manor. Prior to this, Ms. Corrigan held the position of sales manager for Stoweflake Resort and Conference Center of Stowe, Vermont. She began her career in hospitality at The Adams Mark Hotel in Philadelphia. Mr. Corrigan is attended Bucks County Community College. She resides in Blakeslee, Pennsylvania.

John Gadbois has been appointed as Sales Manager at The Inn at Pocono Manor

A 21-year veteran of the hospitality industry, John Gadbois comes to The Inn at Pocono Manor having most recently served with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where he was responsible for selling several of the luxury brand’s landmark Canadian resorts to Northeastern US clients. Mr. Gadbois has also previously worked in sales for Interstate Hotels and for Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Jonathan P. Quidore has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at The Inn at Pocono Manor

Jonathan P. Quidore was previously general manager for The Chestnut Inn at Oquaga Lake in Deposit, New York, where he was responsible for overall property operations, including food and beverage management. He served as food & beverage manager for The Kessler Collection of Hotels prior to this, overseeing the company’s Casa Monica Hotel, The Mansion at Forsyth Park, and the Kehoe House, each a Preferred Hotel located in Savanna, Georgia.

Gregory T. Corvelle has been appointed as Assistant General Manager at The Inn at Pocono Manor

Gregory Corvelle was previously Rooms Division Manager for Lancaster Host Resort, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In this role he was responsible for all aspects of the Front Office operations, as well as Hotel Security and the Housekeeping Department. Mr. Corvelle also served as Night Manager for the Lancaster Host Resort. His first professional position with the property was as Assistant Grounds Superintendent. Greg Corvelle attended Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, located in New Brunswick. While completing his education, he worked in all areas of Lancaster Host Resort, gaining valuable operational experience. He resides in Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania.
