Amber Davis has been appointed as Director of Sales at AC Hotel by Marriott® Jackson Ridgeland
AC Hotel by Marriott® Jackson Ridgeland announced today the appointment of Amber Davis as Director of Sales. Davis joins the senior leadership team of the design-savvy, European-inspired hotel, located in The Township at Colony Park. Mississippi's first AC Hotel is actively recruiting engaging and collaborative candidates for a multitude of hospitality positions to join Davis and team for the much-anticipated opening later this year.
Shane Aldridge has been appointed as General Manager at AC Hotel by Marriott Jackson Ridgeland
McKibbon Hospitality, an award-winning leader in hotel management, today announced the appointment of Shane Aldridge as General Manager of the new AC Hotel by Marriott Jackson Ridgeland opening this fall in The Township at Colony Park. Upon completion, Aldridge will be responsible for overseeing all operations for the 132-room European-inspired hotel, being developed by Ridgeland's Kerioth Corporation.A sea soned general manager with more than 20 years of experience and an extensive background in the hospitality field, Aldridge most recently served as General Manager of the McKibbon-managed SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Pensacola, Florida. In addition to the property winning numerous brand and industry awards recognizing excellence in guest service under his leadership, Aldridge was recognized as McKibbon's Regional General Manager of the Year in 2017 for his impeccable work ethic and dedication. Prior to his time at SpringHill Suites Pensacola, Aldridge spent 13 years as the General Manager of a Courtyard by Marriott in Mobile, Alabama. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of West Florida.
RLHC Signs Franchise License Agreement on Cabot Lodge in Central Mississippi
RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) today announced the company has signed a franchise license agreement with Cabot Lodge Ridgeland, Ltd., for the Cabot Lodge Jackson North/Ridgeland in Mississippi. Following the conversion this fall, the hotel will continue to be managed by MMI Hotel Group.
Embassy Suites Hotels® Unveils First Design Option III
Memphis, TENN, Embassy Suites Hotels today announced the highly anticipated opening of the brand's first Design Option III property, the 145-suite Embassy Suites Jackson - North/Ridgeland -- the brand's first in Mississippi. Located in Ridgeland, Miss., an upscale community north of Jackson, the property also boasts the brand's first Flying Spoons, an innovative new restaurant concept that will only be available at Embassy Suites Hotels. The opening marks the brand's 198th hotel.
