François-Régis Simon has been appointed as General Manager at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel
Originally from Brittany in northern France, Simon’s career with Four Seasons began at the legendary Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris in the role of Assistant Director of Room Service. Over the next few years he climbed the ranks through the food and beverage department, and was appointed Director of Food and Beverage in 2007.
