Linchris Hotel Corporation Opens DoubleTree by Hilton Silver Spring DC North

There's a new cookie in town. DoubleTree by Hilton and Linchris Hotel Corporation announced the opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton Silver Spring DC North. Formerly, Sheraton Silver Spring, this hotel will continue to offer guests the exceptional level of service they have enjoyed as part of the Hilton Worldwide portfolio with the added DoubleTree brand benefits of a signature warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival, and the industry-recognized culture of CARE (Create A Rewarding Experience for our guests) Program.

Kristy Nase has been promoted to General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Silver Spring

Previously Nase was the operations manager at the Courtyard Collegeville in Pennsylvania. Prior to her role of operations manager at the Courtyard Collegeville, she served as the assistant general manager at the same hotel. Nase also brings extensive front office experience from the Courtyard Malvern, Crowne Plaza in Philadelphia and the Courtyard Collegeville.

C.A. Anderson has been named Vice President of Development at Cambria Suites Brand

Choice Hotels International, Inc. announced that it has named C.A. Anderson as vice president of development for Cambria Suites—the company's upscale, all-suites brand, which was launched in 2005 by the global lodging franchisor and designed to fit the changing needs of today's modern business travelers. Mr. Anderson will report to David Pepper, senior vice president of global development.

Michael Murphy has been appointed as Senior Vice President at Cambria Suites

Choice Hotels International, Inc. has appointed Michael Murphy to senior vice president for the worldwide lodging franchisor’s Cambria Suites brand. In his role leading Cambria Suites, Mr. Murphy will build upon the many powerful resources that Choice Hotels currently has in place to support the brand. As the current leader of the company’s global sales force, Mr. Murphy and his teams have already been providing outstanding support to the Cambria Suites brand, with teams focused on property level performance through the RevUP! Program and through national sales efforts that have increased visibility with and bookings from key national and local accounts.
