IHG signs Holiday Inn Sriperumbudur in the State of Tamil Nadu
IHG® Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has announced the signing of a management agreement with Thanishq Grande Hotels & Resorts for the development of Holiday Inn Sriperumbudur. Scheduled to open in Q1 2029, the hotel will further strengthen IHG’s presence in Tamil Nadu and reinforce its focus on high-growth industrial and commercial markets across India.
