Chiara Ellul has been appointed Director of Sales at Le Méridien St Julian’s Hotel & Spa. Ms Ellul graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Hospitality (BBA) from Glion Hotel School in Switzerland back in 2004. She started her career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide in May 2005 when she had the opportunity to learn various aspects of a premium property’s operations by working in catering, events and sales departments.
