Mark Graham has been appointed as General Manager at The Williams Inn

As General Manager, Graham is responsible for all aspects of the inn's operations. He started his hospitality career with Hyatt hotels in Operations and held various positions including Director of Housekeeping at Hyatt Regency Atlanta to Rooms Executive at the Grand Hyatt Washington. Graham joined Waterford Hotel Group in 2003 as the General Manager at the Residence Inn in Princeton, NJ and continued to assist with the renovation of the Hilton Hartford before becoming General Manager of the Residence Inn in Hartford, CT. In 2018, Graham rejoined Waterford Hotel Group in a Task Force General Manager capacity before accepting the General Manager position at The Westin Great Southern Columbus.

Megan Hajduk has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Williams Inn

As Director of Sales and Marketing, Hajduk is responsible for the total sales efforts for the inn, as well as supervising sales related personnel, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to ensure guest satisfaction. She is an industry professional with more than ten years of hotel sales and catering experience. Hajduk began her career at Le Meridian in Cambridge, MA and Embassy Suites in Waltham, MA. She then excelled as a Wedding Sales Manager at the Cranwell Resort & Spa, in Lenox, MA where she managed more than 50 weddings a year. She was most recently the Director of Sales and Events at the Blantyre, a Forbes Five Star, Relais Chateaux property located in Lenox, MA.

Darcy Lyle has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Williams Inn

Ms. Lyle brings a wealth of knowledge to The Williams Inn with 28 years of experience in the hospitality and sales industry. Prior to joining The Williams Inn, Ms. Lyle worked in sales at the Clark Art Institute, one of the most beloved and respected art museums in the world. Additionally, she has held positions in operations and sales at numerous hotels throughout the upstate New York region, as well as the New York State Hospitality and Tourism Association. Ms. Lyle attended Herkimer Community College where she received a degree in Tourist Facilities and Management Promotion. While in school, she interned with Disney, where she found her passion for the hospitality and tourism industry. Ms. Lyle resides with her husband Allen and daughter Samantha in Hoosick Falls, NY.
