With over 18 years of hospitality experience at Hilton, Vincent stands out in hotel operations, marketing strategy, F&B management as well as revenue management. During his career at DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing, Vincent won the 2015 "APAC Best Seller of DoubleTree by Hilton Brand" and "Sales Hotelier of the Year" awards by The Hotelier Awards due to his outstanding leadership. Prior to joining Hilton Yantai Golden Coast, Vincent worked as front office manager and room division manager at Hilton Beijing and as director of operations at DoubleTree by Hilton Shenyang. He also worked as director of operations and director of business & development at DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing.
