Jean-Louis Ripoche has been appointed as Complex General Manager for the Maldives and General Manager at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jean-Louis started his Starwood journey back in 1982 as a Management Trainee at Le Meridien Abu Dhabi. During his professional career with Starwood Jean-Louis worked at Le Meridien Boston, Le Meridien Kuwait, Le Meridien Phuket, Le Meridien Jakarta, Le Meridien Hotel & Tower Bangkok and Le Meridien Khao Lak. Prior to his assignment to the Maldives, he served as General Manager at Sheraton Tel Aviv, Israel.

Sven Cepon has been appointed as Executive Chef at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa

Born in Oberhausen of Germany, Sven began his career at home and served with a number of 5 star hotels in Cyprus and Switzerland for over 5 years before moving to the Maldives in 2008 as Executive Sous Chef for the W Retreat & Spa Maldives. After having served W Maldives for nearly 2 years, Sven joined Sheraton Maldives in 2010.
