A new bachelor programme will be launched in Thailand after an agreement was signed between Dusit International and Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL).The new bachelor course in Hotel and Resort Management, which will have in intake of both Thai and international students in 2012, will be run at Dusit Thani College in English.

In his 22 years in the culinary industry, he worked at many famous restaurants in France, before moving to Thailand to head the French restaurant, Aubergine. His expertise in Mediterranean and traditional French cuisine made the restaurant extremely popular in the city. He then moved on to the Conrad Hotel Bangkok as Chef de Cuisine.
Ibis Hotels Thailand has named a number of new executives. Michael Tscherne has been appointed as group director of revenue who will be responsible for a strategic pricing and revenue management. He previously held the leading position as multi-hotel revenue manager for Accor’s Brisbane Hotels.
