Since then it has welcomed millions of guests, regardless of age, providing them with endless hours of fun and discovery whether they play or stay. The management of a theme park resort is probably one of the most demanding and complex jobs in the hospitality industry. Have you wondered what goes on behind the scenes in managing a theme park resort? And how has 2020 impacted LEGOLAND® Resort since it relies heavily on domestic and international tourism? Lim, Divisional Director, LEGOLAND Malaysia, who is also the Vice President of Malaysia Association of Hotels, who shares with Hanley Chew, the difference between managing a hotel and a theme park, how they have made productive use of the downtime during MCO and his outlook for 2021.
