Concord Hospitality starts work on Hyatt Place Jacksonville
Concord Hospitality began construction on the Hyatt Place Jacksonville. Located across the street from St. Johns Town Center, the 160-room hotel is scheduled to open in late 2018.

The property will be located at The Strand at St. Johns Town Center, a new 45-acre, mixed-use development with retail, restaurants and apartment homes. Hyatt Place Jacksonville will have a five-story design with 160 guestrooms. The property will also include the Gallery, a location with 3,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as an outdoor pool, fitness center and an outdoor deck for social and private events.

"The Hyatt Place brand could not be a better fit and we are looking forward to expanding our offerings in the Florida market."
Concord operates two additional Hyatt-branded properties in Florida: Hyatt Place Miami Airport and Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami, and it is scheduled to open Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami in late 2017.
