My Place Hotels of America is pleased to announce Greenville will soon be home to South Carolina"s first My Place hotel! The brand new hotel is anticipated to open in Spring of 2018. Following a packed Grand Opening celebrating their first My Place hotel in Meridian, Idaho, owners Aaron Lawson and Daniel Pretorius, inked and announced their next franchise location.

The four-story, 85-unit hotel will be located at 7 Ketron Court, within the I-85 corridor. After completing the Meridian hotel, Lawson and Liam Hough"s Celtic Services, Inc. will also build the Greenville property. Having an eye for energetic, emerging markets, Pretorius said the Greenville location will be similar to their first location in Meridian—bursting with activity, dining, retail and entertainment options nearby.
