Choice Hotels Developing New Austin Cambria Hotel

Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), one of the world's largest hotel companies, has signed an agreement with Cloud Nine Hospitality, LLC, to develop a new Cambria hotel in Austin, Texas. The four-story, 134-room Cambria property will be located at the corner of E. Ben White Blvd. and E. Riverside Dr.

Expected to open in 2019, the Cambria Hotel Austin Airport is near Austin Bergstrom International and just minutes from downtown. Often referred to as "Silicon Hills," Austin includes many high-tech company operations, including 3M, Apple, Google, Facebook, Dell and Silicon Laboratories. The city also hosts the popular South by Southwest (SXSW) festival each year, a conglomerate of film, interactive media, music and conferences. Additional nearby attractions include the Circuit of the Americas raceway and the Austin360 Amphitheater. The area is also home to the University of Texas at Austin and the Texas State Capitol.
