HP Hotels To Manage Newly Opened Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place
HP Hotels, a full-service third-party hotel management company, announced today that it has been awarded the management contract for the Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place in Melbourne, Florida. It is the second full-service Hilton join HP"s portfolio in the last 12 months. Kerry Ranson, HP"s President and Chief Development Officer, made the announcement.

The 237-room hotel received comprehensive renovations and updates totaling $6 million. They include upgrades to all guest rooms, which received new case good furniture packages, new soft goods and window treatments. The lobby, patio bar and conference center were refreshed, incorporating an open design and lobby bar. An executive lounge was added to the concierge floor.
The Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place is in the heart of Melbourne's business district and just minutes from the pristine Florida coast. It includes 15,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space and features on-site tennis and basketball courts, a fully-equipped 24-our fitness center and a large, all-weather heated pool. The hotel"s Rustic restaurant offers an eclectic international menu, including fresh local catch, in a relaxing yet elegant setting.
