The My Place Hotel Davenport/Quad Cities is now open
My Place Hotels of America is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest location in Davenport, marking the brand's fourth location to open in Iowa since August 2017. Conveniently located at 4653 Progress Drive, the three-story, 64-room hotel offers immediate access to I-74, and easy access to I-80. My Place is positioned to serve a diverse mix of personal and business travelers to the Quad Cities, home of the region's premiere health systems as well as national and worldwide headquarters for companies across multiple industries.
America's 42nd My Place Hotel is the third of 40 My Place Hotels planned by owners Tom Caruth and Matt Eller. The property is independently managed by Eller Enterprises, who opened their first two My Place Hotels in the Des Moines Metro during Q4 of 2017. Megan Tjernagel, Eller Enterprises CEO, said the group is excited to introduce the Quad-City area to its newest hotel, while also looking forward to a stacked development pipeline in the near term.
