Arora Group's dual-branded IHG Heathrow hotel nears completion
Arora Group's dual-branded Heathrow Terminal 4 airport hotel has entered the final stage of construction.

The 304-room Crowne Plaza London-Heathrow Terminal 4 and the 457-room Holiday Inn Express London-Heathrow Terminal 4 have a total of 761 bedrooms. The hotels near the terminal building will form one of the largest hotel openings in the UK this year, as well as the largest hotel complex directly connected to a British airport terminal, once the project is complete in October.
The two hotels will operate under a franchise agreement with IHG, while Arora Group subsidiary Arora Hotels will manage the complex. The joint venture secured a ground lease for the 2.5-acre site. Arora Group construction division Grove Developments is managing the construction of the hotels.
Arora Group is on track to be the first company with hotels at all airport terminals at Heathrow and Gatwick by 2019. The group's portfolio of Heathrow and Gatwick hotels includes the Sofitel London Heathrow at Terminal 5, the Renaissance London Heathrow at the central terminals of Heathrow Airport, the Sofitel London Gatwick at the North Terminal and Hilton London Gatwick airport at the South Terminal.
Arora Group will also open the Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport by 2019. The company is developing the hotel at Heathrow's Central Terminal Area.
The hotels are connected to Heathrow's terminals via a link-bridge. They are close to the London Underground, Heathrow Express train service and nearby motorways.
The new IHG hotels will expand Arora Group's presence at Heathrow ahead of the new terminal buildings the company is developing at the airport. The Western Hub plan, which will be designed by architectural firm Corgan, is estimated to cost £14.4 billion to construct.
