This location is of particularly special significance to our company. From tomorrow onwards, we are looking forward to showcasing our new flagship to guests from all over the world.

The hotel is being operated under a lease agreement and makes up part of a major regeneration scheme which covers a larger site. The property owner is CA Immo Deutschland GmbH. As it is the case with all new IntercityHotels, interior design is based on a concept created by the Italian architect Matteo Thun. Living trees and a wall planted with moss in the hall of the entrance area are a highly novel element which also ensures plenty of fresh air, whilst ivy in the inner courtyard enhances the natural experience still further. The hotel boasts a restaurant, a bar and six conference rooms. Three of the latter can be combined to create a space of 190 square metres.

General Manager Anton M. Wstefeld also expressed his delight with the project, which in his case represents the final milestone of a long career.
