My Place Fans Will Soon Have a Hotel in Arizona
Following the brand's recent 36-hour tour which included three groundbreakings in three new states, My Place Hotels of America is thrilled to announce Avondale will soon be home to Arizona's first My Place Hotel. Avondale City Officials, General Contractor Haydon Building Corp, and a host of community members and leaders gathered alongside hotel owners and My Place Hotels executives to celebrate the groundbreaking of the 32,000-square-foot project.

The new four-story, 63-unit hotel will be located at 915 N. Avondale Boulevard. Developed by MP Avondale, LLC., My Place is the first hotel in the visionary Avondale City Center District. In addition to the exciting developments surrounding it, the hotel's close proximity to regional destinations including the ISM Raceway, home of the 2020 NASCAR National Championship, and the Arizona Cardinals University of Phoenix Stadium, will offer My Place guests a host of the metro's most highlighted attractions within arm's reach.
MP Avondale President David Gustafson said owners are excited to introduce the brand and concept they love to the community of Avondale and its guests.
My Place Avondale is expected to open early next year and presents unique features such as a new exterior design that underscores its surroundings as well as amenities beyond the typical My Place offering, including an outdoor pool and fitness center.
