The adults-only all-inclusive hotel features 147 guest rooms with 9 dedicated to Meliá Hotels & Resorts' VIP service, THE LEVEL which will officially debut their rooms in the coming weeks. In terms of food and beverage, the hotel offers three dining concepts, including Merkado Restaurant and THE LEVEL's exclusive Fish House Restaurant, as well as Terraza Elixyr that serves food and beverage daily from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 a.m. Meliá Cartagena Karmairí also boasts a poolside bar. The hotel's spa has an unprecedented number of treatment rooms, sensory showers, a sauna, a Turkish bath, ice fountains and thermal beds. Meliá Cartagena Karmairí also features event spaces and a gym. The hotel's exclusive Breeza Beach Club is opening soon and will offer beach drinks service and tapas menu.

Incorporating Meliá Cartagena Karmairi's natural surroundings was a key element when designing the new adults-only property. Its restaurant, Merkado, is surrounded by water, a life-giving, integrated natural element aimed to create a fresh, cool sensation of wellbeing for diners. The property also features pedestrian paths and viewing areas to allow its natural surroundings to take center stage.
