IHG® signs Holiday Inn Express® in Wroclaw, Poland
IHG ® (InterContinental Hotels Group), continues to expand their footprint across Poland with their recent signing of Holiday Inn Express Wroclaw. The announcement came today at IHG's Poland Investors Day, held at the InterContinental Warsaw, where IHG signed a franchised agreement with partner IMS Budownictwo and management company, Hotel Professionals Management Group. The new hotel is planned to open by the end of 2021.

The latest signing underscores the rapid hotel development in the country as well as IHG's commitment to the market. The Holiday Inn Express Wroclaw will be located on one of the most important arterial roads in the city of Wroclaw, giving the hotel a beautiful sight of the buzzing Poludnie district, with its increasingly popular culinary scene and food markets. The 142-room hotel will be a new build development representing the seventh Holiday Inn Express in Poland, enabling IHG to continue their strong and successful presence within the Polish market.
