Silverwest Hotels announces plans today for Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton, a new upscale hotel destination for creative and culturally-minded travelers and locals alike in downtown Clayton, Missouri, just outside of St. Louis. Located at the corner of Bonhomme Ave. and Bemiston Street (7730 Bonhomme Ave, St. Louis, MO 63105), the 268-room hotel will open this summer after a multi-million dollar, full-scale transformation. Silverwest Hotels acquired the property over 18 months ago, and the new Marriott brand mark showcases the extensive investment into restoring the property as a destination for St. Louis.

With a new rooftop pool, state-of-the-art fitness center with panoramic views of downtown St. Louis and 17,000 square feet of event space, Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton will blend St. Louis' rich European heritage with a chic, sophisticated design. Located in the heart of the Clayton Business District, the hotel is within walking distance of top restaurants as well as a short drive or jog to St. Louis' award-winning Forest Park. Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton has a passion to embrace St. Louis' local culture, specifically in regards to the arts and cuisine. The hotel will also have a new restaurant, cocktail bar as well as coffee bar.
Global design firm HOK is leading the overall design of Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton and will bring an original, refined and forward-looking style to the property. Denver-based Silverwest Hotels purchased the property in 2018, and Crescent Hotels & Resorts will manage the Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton.
