The hotel is a brown-field mixed use development project, located in Zirakpur. It is part of Dhillon Plaza, which is located amidst a buzzing commercial hub on National Highway 152 connecting Chandigarh and Delhi. The hotel will feature 110 rooms, an all-day diner, a bar, two meeting rooms and a fitness centre.

Zirakpur is a satellite town neighbouring Chandigarh, the first planned city of India. It is the hub of real estate and commercial development with easy access to IT City Mohali and the Chandigarh International Airport. Zirakpur is also the wedding capital of the region with numerous wedding venues.

This will be IHCL's second hotel in Chandigarh.
